the lonely pieces
I would just love to have complete sets of some of the china pieces I own.
The artistry in the patterns and shape are just wonderful.
I will, however, pick up a beautiful, lonely piece simply for its beauty.
Whether it is a teacup, saucer, creamer, lidless sugar bowl, plate or bowl, I am always willing to provide a home for orphaned pieces.
Together, I think they make a lovely family.
