Green-Eyed Daisy
Tablescape

Last summer, I found these vintage milk bottles at an Estate Sale.

The owners shared that their property at one time was a dairy farm and they frequently found milk bottles strewn throughout.
They looked like they had been in the ground for a while – but I wanted them all the same.

I could envision them even then as vases to hold daisies.
When I received these Green-Eyed Daisies from the ladies at our church, I knew I had to create a tablescape to showcase them.

Each setting has as a sunflower shaped plate
with a Johnson Bros. Teacup and saucer to the right

with a blue milk glass plate alternating with

a white milk glass plate atop that.

A ramekin rests upon the blue milk glass.

A Fireking blue teardrop bowl
sits at the head of the table

For a bit of whimsy
Winnie offers his honey alongside the blue bowl

A miniature sunflower tea set adorns
The opposite corner of the table

A small mailbox sits at the ready
to welcome anyone who wishes to come by

A lace table cloth covers a plaid blue, white and beige tablecloth.

A blue and green runner
Sits beneath the daisy/milk bottle arrangement placed within a small picket fenced basket.
Thank you for stopping by my whimsical Green-Eyed Daisy Luncheon.
